My personal history of overcoming an alcohol addiction, a nicotine addiction and binge-eating has led me to have a special interest in working with people who struggle with anxiety, low mood, insomnia, and / or addictions to alcohol or other damaging substances or behaviours. These are symptoms that often become intensified during the menopause transition.

I have been offering 1:1 consultations, courses, workshops and retreats on gut health, mental health, addiction recovery, and the menopause transition since 2019. As a naturopathic nutritionist, transformational coach and Kundalini yoga teacher I have helped 1000s of people - mainly midlife and older women - shift damaging patterns of behaviour. I’ve helped them implement positive changes to their diet and lifestyle so they can feel better.

And why ‘unaddicted’? Because these days, mostly, I feel unaddicted. I say mostly because when I’m under stress and forget to look after myself well, some behavioural addictions can sneak in. I have learned to treat myself with compassion, and be grateful that I am free of substance addictions, but I am a work in progress.

Whether you are struggling with mood and energy levels; or the guilt and shame of unwanted behaviours; or a desire to release an old habit that keeps you locked in, I offer understanding, insight and practical know-how.

All my offerings - workshops, yoga classes and retreats - provide a space to have meaningful discussions with humour, kindness and absolutely no judgement. I offer spaces where you can connect with others and find peace within yourself.

I don't have all the answers, but my lived experience of addiction recovery and my professional expertise can help you lay the groundwork.

“I cannot thank you enough Lindsey, the whole experience has been invaluable. Helping others from a platform of your own life experience means you can be truthful and open with your support.”
