About the yoga

I teach a form of Kundalini yoga called Kundalini Global. It works with the nervous system, helping us to release stress and tension and move from contracted states into expansiveness and presence. We experience how movement and breath can change how we feel - quite quickly. 

It is a wonderful practice for people who suffer from anxiety, low mood, and/ or addictive behaviour patterns, and also those who are seeking a different way to respond to the challenges of life. The movement and breath offer a pathway to presence, greater self-awareness, and self-compassion.

Classes are welcoming and relaxed, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace. There is no need to be flexible or fit - it is an inclusive, safe and accessible form of yoga, and everyone is welcome (but please note it’s not suitable for pregnancy). It’s suitable for absolute beginners and more advanced practitioners alike.

I create an friendly, warm-hearted space where you can feel comfortable to be explorative as well as take the opportunity for some rest.

I have been doing Kundalini Yoga classes with Lindsey for a while. I have found them to be deeply soothing for my nervous system and energising for my whole being.

Recently I experienced a tremendously stressful event and Lindsey kindly offered to take me through a class so that I could calm my anxiety. With gentleness, empathy, knowledge and skill, she guided me into a place of peace and safety, bringing me back into my body, where I settled.

IN-PERSON yoga & breath classes

Tuesday Evenings from 6.15pm - 7.45pm

Breathe. Move. Reconnect: Kundalini Global class incorporating movement, breath, and meditation.

Location: Upstairs Meeting Room, Low Bentham Victoria Institute, Main Street, Low Bentham, LA2 7BX

Classes are small and friendly, and are suitable for all abilities, and levels of fitness. (£10 / £5 concs).

This term runs from Tuesday 2 June 2026 - Tuesday 14 July 2026. You are welcome to book for the whole term, or just attend one class to try it out.
Such fabulous sessions. You’re a total natural and your knowledge on this topic is off the scale. With this yoga it’s not just the experience in the room it’s the effects afterwards!

1:1 sessions, workshops and retreats
