About the yoga
The Kundalini Global method of yoga works with the stress system and helps you to feel less anxious and contracted.
You experience, quite quickly, how movement and breath can change how you feel. You learn to shift easily and safely between energised and motivated; open and receptive; or quiet and still.
It is an inclusive, safe and accessible form of yoga. Everyone is welcome, and all levels and needs are accommodated.
Classes are welcoming and relaxed, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.
I create an open warm-hearted space where you can feel comfortable to be explorative as well as take the opportunity for some rest.
It’s about recognising that you can change how you feel.

Tuesday lunchtimes at 12.45 - 1.45pm: Yoga & Breath Classes for Anxious and Addictive Minds

This term is a very short one! It includes 3 classes, and runs from Tuesday 24 February 2026 - 10 March 2026. Thursday mornings at 10am - 11.30am: Kundalini Global class incorporating movement, breath, meditation & mantra

Classes are small and friendly, and are available to all abilities and levels of fitness. (£12 / £6 concs).
This term is a very short one! It runs from Thursday 26 February 2026 - 12th March 2026. “Such fabulous sessions. You’re a total natural and your knowledge on this topic is off the scale. With this yoga it’s not just the experience in the room it’s the effects afterwards! ”
