Unaddicted is for anyone who feels trapped or locked in negative cycles - including everyday self-destructive behaviours that are normalised but harmful to our wellbeing.

Damaging behaviours might include drinking too much, binge-eating, overdoing the sugar, smoking/vaping, over-use of social media, over-exercise, obsessions around health and longevity, and many more. Often we turn to these behaviours to avoid being present - we humans are exceptionally creative when it comes to finding ways to avoid our feelings!

Through movement, breath, coaching and nutrition support, I help my clients break free from damaging habits, and build emotional and physical resilience.
