Workshops

I have been offering workshops and talks on anxiety and depression, the gut-brain connection, stress, sleep, the menopause transition, ageing well, and quitting or reducing addictive substances such as alcohol and sugar since 2019.

During these sessions - a combination of yoga, breath, nutrition and neuroscience - participants are offered a balance of information, engagement and reflection.
